Products offered through our website are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our approved supplier partners. Upon receipt of your order, the relevant supplier will process, prepare, and ship the product to the delivery address provided.

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory information, product availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified and offered an appropriate refund or alternative solution.
